Practical Information

Access and key fob

To enter the rooms you have booked, you’ll need a key fob. You can collect it at the cultural center office (Entrance 2, Telefonvej 12A). Each group or association will receive the number of fobs they need. Your fob only works for the rooms you have access to and must be updated every 30 days. To update it, simply hold it in front of the small silver update boxes on the wall outside the entrances.
If you have any questions, just ask at the office.
Remember: Always keep us updated with your group’s contact information (contact person, phone number, email and change of chairperson). That way, we can reach you if necessary. 
 

If something breaks
We all help take care of the house. If you notice something that is broken, not working, or needs replacing, please tell the office so we can fix it.
 

Cleaning up

After using a room, please make sure to:

• Tidy up after yourself and your group.
• Put furniture and materials back where they belong.
• Leave shared areas neat and ready for others.

If something is missing or in the wrong place, let’s work together to sort it out.

• Be a cohost: Help others if they are new, have questions, or need directions.
• Share fairly: Rooms and facilities are for everyone, so be considerate and find compromises if needed.
• Contribute: Help make the cultural center a nice place - for yourself and for others. Join activities, share your ideas, and take part in the joint events.
